20. Starting Fresh

It’s been awhile. Too long. Over a year.

A lot has happened. I’ve finished my masters on coffee wastewater and environmental engineering. We started and finished a coffee roasting company. And Allison and I moved to Houston, Texas where I started working for Geosyntec Consultants.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to come back to the blog, but as I finished my thesis, I had some many unanswered questions and avenues left to explore. Then I attended the SCAA Symposium again and was reminded of the importance of quality research and thought that is needed to continue to make coffee better in the years to come and I hope to be one of the many that help contribute to this amazing industry.

So I am back and hope to pick up with a series on coffee and water. Hopefully more of that to come in the next few weeks.
